Matero Orphanage

Matero Orphanage is located in one of the poor suburbs of Lusaka, the capital city. The orphanage currently houses 60 children. We have raised over $5,000 to get 20 bunk beds and 40 mattresses, ceiling and wall repairs, wall paint, and other renovations for the orphanage, but a lot still remains to be done. Immediate needs include groceries, clothing, shoes, backpacks, solar panels for a water pump, and financial help to keep their lights on.
